1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jl7com," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the jl7com platform, its operators, and its licensees operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Platform" — refers to the jl7com website accessible at https://jl7com.app, including all games, features, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl7com Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the jl7com registration and KYC verification process.
• "Funds" — refers to any Philippine Peso (PHP) balance deposited into or credited to a Player's jl7com Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player by jl7com, which are subject to separate wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country, territory, or region where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, or where jl7com does not hold a valid operating license.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl7com. By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service on the jl7com Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling law and is strictly enforced. jl7com conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Funds returned to the source payment method, and the matter referred to the appropriate regulatory authority where required.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The jl7com Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. jl7com reserves the right to block access and close Accounts associated with Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the jl7com Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. jl7com reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all balances upon discovery of duplicate registrations.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, regardless of whether you authorized each individual transaction, provided that jl7com has followed its standard authentication procedures.

4.1 Credential Security

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. jl7com will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl7com support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.2 Account Non-Transferability

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Funds within your Account to any other person. Any attempted transfer will be void, and the relevant Accounts may be closed.

4.3 KYC Verification

jl7com is required under Philippine law to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by jl7com's compliance team within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is completed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl7com currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jl7com reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits follow standard Philippine interbank processing timelines and may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect. jl7com does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jl7com accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed for verified Accounts only. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 8:00 PM PHT. Bank transfer withdrawals follow standard Philippine interbank timelines. jl7com does not impose artificial delays on legitimate withdrawal requests. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, jl7com is required to monitor transactions and report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Funds deposited into your Account must originate from legitimate, verifiable sources. jl7com reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation of any transaction flagged under its AML procedures.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jl7com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms will be communicated at the time each bonus is offered.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and will not count toward any cashback calculations based on real-money losses.

6.2 Abuse of Promotions

jl7com reserves the right to void bonuses and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus conditions, or placing offsetting bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

jl7com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an Account prior to a modification will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of crediting, unless fraud or abuse is identified.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl7com Platform operate in accordance with the official rules published within each game's interface. In the event of a discrepancy between an in-game display and the game's underlying rules documentation, the official rules documentation shall prevail.

Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant card or table game as dealt by the live dealer. Results are final once confirmed by the dealing system. jl7com does not modify live dealer outcomes and accepts no responsibility for player dissatisfaction with legitimate game results.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl7com will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, any wager placed for that round will be refunded. jl7com's decision on malfunction resolutions is final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl7com Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Funds, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or employees of jl7com to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Opening multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Allowing any other person to use your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that jl7com, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl7com Platform — including but not limited to the jl7com brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the property of jl7com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl7com.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl7com's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

jl7com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

jl7com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond jl7com's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. jl7com is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

11 Responsible Gaming

jl7com is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

jl7com provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check notifications, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so immediately through the Account settings page. A self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period. jl7com will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

jl7com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jl7com has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require jl7com to do so;
• Your Account activity poses an unacceptable risk under jl7com's AML or responsible gaming policies.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, any Bonus Funds and promotional credits shall be forfeited. Real-money Funds not subject to pending investigations will be returned to the source payment method. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jl7com support.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jl7com collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an Account, you consent to jl7com's collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

jl7com implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL encryption for all data transmissions, access controls, and regular security audits.

jl7com will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory authorities where required by law, and with verified third-party service providers strictly necessary for Platform operations, under binding data processing agreements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl7com Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

For disputes related to game outcomes or Platform operations regulated by PAGCOR, players may also escalate complaints through the PAGCOR regulatory complaints process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jl7com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, jl7com will provide notice via Account notification or email at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jl7com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
